The occupants of Jatinegara Barat Flat, Kampung Melayu, East Jakarta, hoped that RT and RW formation could be formed immediately. Considering, the flat needs mutual regulations arrangement.

The regulations arrangement in question is about security system and occupants activity in the flat. It is about the security for instance, despite of no losing report, but they are afraid as there are many people back and forth.
An occupant of Tower A, Amran (43) stated every day, hundreds of people come and go to the flat. But the occupants do not know those people's identity and their necessity.
RT/RW Caretakers Formation in Jatinegara Barat Flat Accelerated"We have proposed the management side to tighten the fence. But they said it'll be conducted gradually as the RT/RW caretakers formation," he stated.
He claimed that not only the security, but also the activities in the flat should be regulated.
"Like now, kids freely ride bicycle going up and down the elevator. So, we hope it could be formed immediately," he disclosed.
Jatinegara Sub-District Head, Sofiyan Taher targets the RT/RW could be realized in early September. "It is still being discussed. For now, we will form caretakers before the definitive ones formed," he uttered.
