Buser Team Formed to Handle Damaged Street Light

Head of North Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department, Tuti Kurnia formed three Buser (Mobile Detective Unit) teams to respond public complaint related street light (PJU) through Qlue application.

According to Kurnia, the teams had formed to tackle dozens of street lights spread in 31 urban village areas in North Jakarta. They consist of 7 freelancers and 1 supervisor.

Thus far, her sub-department is still conducting mapping and developing smart system application in order to know the malfunctioned street lights.

“In accordance with Mr.Governor’s direction, the whole street lights must be monitored visually, thus we can easily repair them,” she uttered.

Kurnia stated the application was designed specifically as a public aspiration from residents in real time.

“Through Qlue, resident can send complaint or aspiration, and will be handled by our team,” she closed.
