In Central Jakarta, Paseban Urban Village has the highest point in responding resident's aspiration through Qlue application.

Pardede hoped other urban villages would also respond quickly like the Paseban urban village. Moreover, a couple times ago there were still urban village in Central Jakarta on 15 bottom position.
Complaints on Qlue Less Responded by South & West Jakarta"If there is complaint, followed up immediately. Likewise sending a text message to Mr. Governor. Now, we are already simplified to respond citizens," he explained.
Paseban Urban Village Head, Agus Muharam added, his party is assisted by Qlue's response team from citizens that follow up the complaints immediately.
According to him, many simple problems that if they are not handled immediately would eventually be fatal. "Majority the complaints are about channels clogged by trash. Eventhough it's simple but if it's ignored then it would be dangerous when rainy season comes. It also aims to appeal citizens to maintain cleanliness, beauty, convenience for all," he explained.
