City Keeps Improving Public Service

Various ways to improve public service keeps being conducted by City Administration. One of them is by forming Jakarta One-StopIntegrated Agency (BTSP) until urban village level. By doing so, it will ease residents to process permit.

City Secretary Assistant for Government Section, Bambang Sugiono disclosed that his side is focusing on public service, thus civil servant urged the mindset, instead of bureaucracy served but to serve the public.

PTSP to Issue Hygienic Certificate

"The government is oriented toward public service, which aims to make the bureaucracy that serves public," he said, at City Hall, Thursday (9/3).

Furthermore, City Administration is also attempting to improve infrastructures, such as road, flat, public transport and so on.

"We want to neat Jakarta with better infrastructure," he stated.

In the socialization of public service policy, the Organization and Governance Bureau (Ortala) held a coordination meeting and hear the direct guidance from the Deputy of the Public Service for Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, Mirawati Sudjono.
