Jakarta Provincial Government to accelerate the construction of athlete guesthouse in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. It is hoped the construction will be done before the 2018 Asian Games.

The construction must be done in two years as we going to leave this year soon

The guesthouse groundbreaking is slated to be run on September 9. It has six towers with 7,000 rooms.

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, the guesthouse is earmarked for young professional, especially in sport.

"The construction must be done in two years as we going to leave this year soon," he said, Thursday (9/3).

Meanwhile, Abdul Hadi, Jakarta Propertindo Managing Director, explained his side is ready to assist the city administration. Besides constructing the guesthouse, his side also construct 13 thousand units of flat.

"It will be constructed near Kampung Bandang Train Station and Kemayoran," he stated.
