Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama is scheduled to conduct reshuffle against officials serving under Jakarta Provincial Government. The inauguration is scheduled to be conducted on Friday (9/11).

“They (SKPD) know their subordinate well, thus they can make a report to me,” he uttered.
He told that one of SKPD leaders who had given report was North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi.
He considered open-recruitment test initiated by Jakarta government is very helpful for civil servant, especially for those who want to improve their career.
“They have a chance to jump out in accordance with State Civil Apparatus Law (ASN). I think this kind of system is fair,” he explained.
Furthermore, he furthered, the law also purposes to abolish seniority tradition in Jakarta government. “No more seniority,” he furthered.
