Basuki Requested Entire School in Jakarta Apply BLUD System

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama requested the entire schools in Jakarta use Supervisory Board Head of Public Service Agency (BLUD) system.

BLUD system applied in school purpose to give school principal chance to recruit non-civil servant teacher without waiting any Governor regulation

Since the consideration of BLUD system applied in community health service (puskesmas) and regional hospital succed. Non-civil servant recruitment are proven succed provide good service to public.

Therefore, he wants the system to be applied in schools. “I request BLUD system applied in school to give school principal chance to recruit non-civil servant teacher without waiting any Governor regulation,” he said in excecutive meeting at City Hall, Monday (9/7).

Ahok added, the system is an answer of teacher shortage problem. However, the recruitment mechanism can be submitted through e-catalogue and Government Procurement of Goods and Services Agency (LKPP).

“City no longer received prospective civil servant teacher anymore,” he disclosed.
