7,000 Programs, Only Two Have Completed Auction Processes

The lack of auction completion of goods and services in Jakarta Provincial Government is caused by many obstacles in the One-stop Procurement Service Unit (ULP) in city’s working units (SKPD/UKPD). From 7,000 packages registered in the City Budget (APBD), there are only two packages that have already been completed their auction processes.

Yes, there are only two packages that have been finished. From those two, one is a priority to be completed, which is the elementary school (SD) exam manuscript printing

The two auction processes that have been auctioned are Regional Standard School Exam (USBD) from Jakarta Education Department, and Tanah Abang Community Health Center Security Office of Regional Public Services Agency (BLUD) from Jakarta Health Department.

Head of Jakarta ULP, I Dewa Gede Sony Ariyawan, said that until the last day of proposal package auction submission on Friday (16/5), from 7,000 packages to be auctioned, as many as 5,114 packages or 73 percent were registered to Jakarta ULP.

SKPD Requested to Immediately Sign Up Procurements to ULP

According to Ariyawan, the two finished auction packages can be seen at www.lpse.jakarta.go.id. Jakarta UKP will push other auctions to finish the administration filing process. From 5,114 registered packages, as many as 46 packages are currently under auction process through Electronic Procurement Services (LPSE).
