They are expected could entertain people visiting the City Hall.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama stated, his party will give facilities to practice for youth or band that will perform. Besides, they will also be given free drink such as tea and coffee.

"We will facilitate street child orchestra like in Suropati Park. They can practice in Block G lobby close the stairs. We will provide dispenser, plastic cups, coffee and sugar let them make it by themselves," said Ahok at City Hall, Monday (9/7).

In the tour, he also appealed ladies living in flat to be empowered by selling food and drink. Thus visitors do not need to go out for buying them as the location is in parking lot of City Council (DPRD) building. With low lease price of course.

"Ladies in flat could be empowered to sell food. Just need to pay the lease, yet should be recorded well," he explained.
