Certified Lands in Bidara Cina will Get Compensation, Basuki Says

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama asserted that the citizens living in Bidara Cina, East Jakarta, who have land certificate will receive compensation, except those who have no certificate but will be relocated to the flat.

I’ve talked with Hengky, whether he can give the compensation money over the resident who had built house on his land

As recorded, there are at least three certificates, which are belonging PT Pertamina, PT Jiwasraya and Personal on behalf of Hengky. Majority of the land is occupied by locals.

Relocation Focused on Kampung Pulo and Bidara Cina

“I’ve talked with Hengky, whether he can give the compensation money over the resident who had built house on his land,” he expressed, at City Hall, Tuesday (9/8).

Basuki requested, there should be a discussion between Hengky and locals. Thus relocation can be done immediately. 

He targets the relocation could be carried out next month. It relates to Ciliwung River normalization that cannot be delayed.

“Sooner or later, we remain do demolishment this month or next month,” he finished.
