Especially for disputed land, the compensation will be entrusted to the Court (consignment)," told Saefullah when he reviewed the Ciliwung-KBT waterways project, Monday (4/27) night.
According to him, the review itself began when Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama led an executive meeting in City Hall. On that occasion, East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardhana said that there was obstacles in the field related to the results of an appraisal on land value owned by citizens in Bidara China.
"The appraisal value is vary, because the land status in Bidara Cina also varied such as Freehold Tittle (SHM), Land Rights Certificates (HGB), Sale and Purchase Deeds (SJB), and Sale and Purchase receipts," he explained.
Because of that, the compensation value is also different. Unfortunately, he did not tell the compensation nominal that will be given to locals. To be sure, he asked East Jakarta Mayor to research and improve it.
