South Jakarta Administration has purchased three plots of residents land in Cilandak Barat Urban Village, which affected the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) construction.

Head of South Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building, Yaya Mulyarso acknowledged the three lands located on Jalan Fatmawati and TB Simatupang intersections are on behalf of Itawati.
MRT Development, 31 Plots Owners Agreed to Be Paid This Year“The landowner has agreed and attends. Today is the payment,” he said, Tuesday (9/8).
He added, land that has been acquired is having a width of 530 square meters worth Rp 15.3 billion. “But around 15 percent of land is not yet acquired. We will do socialization soon,” he uttered.
South Jakarta Secretary, Desi Putra added the cheque payment is given to landowners after the land documents are checked. “If it is valid, we will purchase the land via cheque,” he finished.
