Semanggi Flyover Construction is Obligation of Private Side

Head of Jakarta Bina Marga Department, Yusmaida Faisal said later on, the budget for Semanggi Flyover construction is not from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

It's just an obligation that should be conducted by private side

But, it is the obligation from private side towards building construction or their building that built in the city with permission of Jakarta Provincial Government.

" It's just an obligation that should be conducted by private side ," he told, at City Hall, Thursday (9/10).

He uttered, based on the rules, private side obligates to help development program in Jakarta. As the compensation, they are allowed to add floor of their building.

"There is a policy, they may add building floor coefficients (KLB)," he uttered.

Based on that, he added, the aid given by private side in the flyover construction is their obligation.

"It's their obligation of building construction permit given by the government. As for CSR, it's only donation," he closed.
