As much as 24 blind people or tuna netra from 8 sub-districts in West Jakarta are undergoing a guidance of massage parlor management for blind people.

Head of West Jakarta Social Sub-Department, Ika Yuli Rahayu acknowledged the guidance is purposed to improve blind people's quality and be more independent.

“Each sub-district would have a massage parlor managed by three blind people,” expressed Rahayu.
She added other massage equipments such as bed, fan, waiting chair, cupboard and massage tool will also be given.
“Thus far, we have difficulties to find more places to open the same business,” she closed.
