As much as 39 plots of land in Cilandak Sub-District will be acquired by City Administration for Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) construction.
There are 39 plots of land to be acquired in Gandaria Selatan Urban Village with 14 plots, Cipete Selatan Urban Village with 17 plots, and Cilandak Barat Urban Village with 8 plots
“There are 39 plots of land to be acquired in Gandaria Selatan Urban Village with 14 plots, Cipete Selatan Urban Village with 17 plots, and Cilandak Barat Urban Village with 8 plots,” said Head of Cilandak Sub-District, Dhany Sukma, Tuesday (9/15).
Land Acquisition Discussion Engage ResidentsCurrently, Sukma disclosed that his side keeps conducting socialization and inventorying the building, including width and its document.
“We’ll continue to discuss with resident, re-inventorying and using appraisal price,” he uttered.
As previously, the city administration paid over 30 plots affected by MRT project construction in South Jakarta.
