Budget for Formal Banquet Adjusted with the Necessity

Muhammad Mawardi, Head of Jakarta Regional Heads and Foreign Cooperation Bureau (KDH and KLN) explained, the use of budget amounted to Rp 6.6 billion for formal banquet at City Hall will be adjusted as necessity. It means, if it is not used, it will surely be returned to the regional treasury. 

The budget was drafted based on activity numbers prediction and its use based on the leader's approval by prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness

" The budget was drafted based on activity numbers prediction and its use based on the leader's approval by prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness ," said Mawardi, Wednesday (9/16). 

He told, the budget is also used for unpredicted activities. Moreover, Jakarta often becomes a host of event, either national or international, and attended by various circles, namely foreign guest, ambassador, ministry and state instituition, etc.

"Of course, it is used as the necessity. We should also anticipate it," he disclosed.
