Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat asked the whole civil servant under Jakarta Provincial Government to improve public service.

Djarot disclosed Jakarta government is currently trying to create Jakarta as a clean and orderly city. One of them is by controlling slums along riverbank.
