Achmadi disclosed, during 2016 KUA-PPAS discussion, he asked his side to represent the GPS Geodetic that had been inputted in early e-planning. "That means, the device is worth Rp 284 million, instead of Rp 198 million," he stated.

The superiority of this Geodetic GPS, he furthered, can capture ten satellites. While GPS regular is only capable of capturing three satellites. Thus, every corner of the building which was originally a blind spot can be captured via satellite.
"It can also measure the building in real time. Because the measured building image from satellite can directly be sent to the Geographic Information System (GIS). Thus, the image measuring results in the field can be seen," he furthered.
Another superiority is the device lies on the accuracy of the measuring results in the field with GIS image, its maximum deviation is only half a meter. While the GPS with long deviation is only 20 meters.
"So, the accuracy is highest. Because the difference why the expensive device is spec and its superiority," he told.
