90 UKPDs in N. Jakarta Signed Pact of Performance Integrity

North Jakarta Administration and 90 Regional Working Units (UKPD) signed an integrity pact performance. This is a sign of the commitment of all UKPDs and North Jakarta Administration to work and serve the public maximally.

Of the day, we want the whole UKPD, starting from urban village until department heads could work better and fast today,” said North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi, Tuesday (9/22).

Effendi stated the signing will be set as a benchmark of post rotation in North Jakarta Administration. “In case of the UKPD fails to achieve target, they will be demoted,” he stated.

Regarding post rotation, he confessed that he could only recommend to Jakarta Governor.  As planned, it is slated to be conducted by the end of year. “The whole UKPD will be evaluated in the upcoming December. Bad or good result will be submitted to Governor,” he stressed.

Meanwhile, Head of North Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-Department, Tuti Kurnia said that with working agreement, the UKPD would show the best performance.

“I’ll do similar way for my ranks, like section head. This is for the sake of better service,” he disclosed.
