Seribu Islands will Be a Part of National Strategic Tourism Plans

The Tourism Ministry is committed to include Seribu Islands in program of National Strategic Tourism Plans (KSPN).

In Jakarta, Kota Tua already be a part of KSPN. And the next is Seribu Islands

Deputy of Destination Development and Tourism Industry for Tourism Ministry, Torang Nasution acknowledged the program has been in exist since 2011 and will be developed until the upcoming 2019.

“In Jakarta, Kota Tua already be a part of KSPN. And the next is Seribu Islands,” he uttered.

Seribu Islands' PKK Demanded to Be Actively Maintain Cleanliness

According to Nasution, this is the sustainable program which previously merely 16 locations namely Sabang, Danau Toba, Bromo Mountain, Tengger and Semeru Mountain. But it would be added with new 9 locations, namely Seribu Islands, Palembang, Nias and Morotai, which will be included in program period 2015-2019.
