Pardjoko, West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Fire Handling and Rescue, admitted 90 out of 154 hydrants are broken.
"Mostly the hydrants' clutch are stolen. Some of them are hit by vehicle," he admitted, Tuesday (9/29).

"The water is managed by PT Palyja," he admitted.
Responding this matter, he appealed his unit to find another water source to be used to extinguish fire.
In the future, he planned to propose a fence for hydrant for its safety.
