Central Jakarta Economic and Administration Assistant, Sulastri Gultom stated that the arrangement concept is clean and healthy. Although they are only street vendor, but they should have qualified products equals with restaurant.
“We want street vendors to sell healthy food. And its quality should be equal with restaurant. That's why we involve BPOM,” he said, Thursday (10/1).
