D10 Apartment will Be Rented for Low-Income Residents

PT Jakarta Propertindo  (Jakpro) will build D10 Apartment to accommodate athletes who will compete in 2018 Asian Games. After the competition was done, the city administration would purchase it.

Later on, the apartment is planned to be designated for low-income residents with rental cost Rp 600,000 per month

" Later on, the apartment is planned to be designated for low-income residents with rental cost Rp 600,000 per month ," Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama, at City Hall, Thursday (10/1).

Ahok claimed that the apartment construction is deliberately accelerated for 2018 Asian Games. “After that, we will purchase it for lower-income people with income less than Rp 5,000,000,” he expressed.

Again, Athlete Village Groundbreaking Postponed

In its construction, he furthered, the city government gave the government capital (PMP) to PT Jakpro, that is Rp 1 trillion.

"This year, we will inject Rp 1 trillion and also next year. It is just waiting for Legislative Council (DPRD)," he expressed.
