Jakarta Transportation Department is cooperating with Jakarta High Prosecutor (Kejati) signing memorandum of understanding (MoU) to prevent technical obstacle in goods procurement.

The cooperation is hoped could give safety towards Committing Officer (PPK) as the responsible side in good procurement.
Head of Jakarta Transportation Department, Andri Yansyah stated, eventually the Kejati side will conduct accompaniment, thus his party can consult during the procurement.
City Signs MoU with PPATK"I want to support my subordinates so that they don't need to worry to do service and goods procurement," he stated, after he signed MoU of civil law and state administration along with Jakarta Kejati, Thursday (10/1).
Besides that, his side hopes with the mutual agreement, City Budget (APBD) could be absorbed maximally.
"Currently, it's only 29 percent, but with the agreement, i target it could be 60 percent," he hoped.
