President Director of Bank DKI, Kresno Sediarsi added two directors were replaced. They are Obedience Director, Agus Suryantono replaced with Budi Mulya and Operational Director, Martono Suprapto replaced with Priagung.
“This is for refreshing matter. It is the authority of shareholder, instead of direction,” he disclosed.
