Basuki Supporting Seribu Islands as International Tour Destination

Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama welcomes Seribu Islands Regency’s proposal to make Seribu Islands as an international-class tour destination.

Ahok stated that the city administration is currently encouraging the coordinator of Maritime Ministry focusing on Seribu Islands' tourist development in association with Tourism Ministry.

Basuki Wants RPTRA to Be Built in Panggang Island

 

"We’re working on it. We've accelerated the permission. For updating matter, we also asked Ministry of Maritime and Tourism to focus on it," he uttered, Saturday (10/10).

 

In addition, Ahok also invited investors to compete in beautifying Seribu Islands.

 

"About the permission, just go directly to BPTSP. We will immediately approve it. The whole island may be reclaimed, allow to build a villa as long as the certificate issued in Jakarta," he asserted.
