Djarot Supports Governor's Way to Limit Petty Cash Withdrawal

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat is supporting Jakarta Governor's way to limit petty cash withdrawal in Regional Working Unit (SKPD), that was formerly Rp 25 million to Rp 2.5 million per day.

That’s okay, Rp 2.5 million is enough for SKPD

“That’s okay, Rp 2.5 million is enough for SKPD,” he said, when he was in Tambora Flat, West Jakarta (10/12).

Djarot acknowledged that petty cash fund that been managed by treasurer of each working unit and can be withdrawn by Rp 25 million per day is deemed higher and uneffective for what any purpose and needs.

Basuki: Petty Cash Withdrawals Bounded

He went on he say that its fund use cannot be explained  by SKPD leaders clearly when being asked by Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama in an executive meeting this morning.

"Mr. Ahok asked them (SKPD) that they use the money for what," he finished.
