The Public Infrastructure and Facility handling (PPSU) personnel dredged a water channel on Jalan Mawar, Lagoa urban Village, Koja, North Jakarta, Thursday (10/8). The work involved 50 Satpol PP and 70 PPSU personnel.
The channel was never been dredged for 15 years. It has 800 meter of lenght and 3.5 meter of width

According to him, the dredging was aimed to prevent flood when the rainy season comes.
The dredging needs a week to be done since mostly the channel are covered with concrete.
"We give the best for the residents," he disclosed.
