Jakarta Provincial Government and Perumnas are going to construct 40 towers of flat in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The flat will be used for citizen relocation and citizen with low income.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama (Ahok), admitted the flat will be developed by PT Jakarta Propertindo together with Perumnas.
"State and Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMN/BUMD) will synergy developing Jakarta. It's a good cooperation," he said, Thursday (10/8).
According to him, this flat is different with D10 Apartment. The location is near, and also built by PT Jakpro.
Himawan Arief, Perumnas Director, said the 40 towers capacity is 18 thousand units. With detail 10 towers for low-rent flat, 20 towers for low-owned flat and 10 towers for low-owned apartment.
The flat is built on 22.4 ha of land, 14.4 ha is an arrangement of dense population area, while the remaining eight ha is rejuvenating the existing flat.
"Facilities such as sport, shopping center, playground will be added on," Himawan said.
