He told, there are 5 UKPDs listed on the category of the lowest budget absorption in Central Jakarta, they are Industry and Energy Sub-Department, Housing and Government's Buildings Sub-Department, Bina Marga Sub-Department, Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-Department and Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (KUMKMP) Sub-Department.

"It will be discussed again in executive meeting tomorrow, we're still in beginning step and eventually they will be asked to increase their budget absorption," he explained, Monday (10/19).
According to him, the low absorption usually on physical development, like Housing and Government's Buildings Sub-Department. Currently, the UKPD only have 1 project. But, the project worked on includes in big category that is total renovation of Family Planning Building in Rawa Sari.
