Unworthy Transjakarta Fleet must Be Revitalized

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat challenged Transjakarta bus operator to quickly revitalize unworthy Transjakarta buses. It is related to the failed test on road worthy against 318 fleets in Pulogadung Motor Vehicle Test (PKB).

The data from Pulogadung PKB, along April-September 2015, there were 565 Transjakarta buses from corridor 2-7 that underwent vehicle road worthy test. From that number, 247 of them were passed and 318 other buses were failed.

He questioned the ability of the operator to rejuvenate the bus. "We challenged them to revitalize it, are they meet it? Because it's a matter of trust,” he asserted.
