As the health service, city administration has integrated the Jakarta Healtth Card (KJS with National Health Insurance (JKN) for poor people.
City administration also prepares one doctor, nurse, and midwife for 1,250 citizens through a program namely Ketuk Pintu Layani dengan Hati.
For the education program, Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) is provided for poor people also. Each student from poor family gets subsidy through Bank DKI account monthly.
