"The construction is not finished yet whereas it's needed to handle flood on the road," said Saiful (32), a local resident, Thursday (10/22).

Residents hope the construction to be finished so that the access road would not get overflowed like previous year.
"Rainy season is coming, we're afraid the flood would be as high as previous year," he expressed.
Cempaka Putih Timur Urban Village Head, Sri Harmo confirmed about the matter. His party hopes the related institute could complete the construction.
"Certainly the area is the worst flood point in Cempaka Putih," he disclosed.
