Former Head of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department said in detail, those 16 buses are 4 buses using retreaded tires, 2 buses using bumper or horn, 4 buses whose body porous, 2 buses failed emission test, 1 bus whose speedometer broken, 2 buses whose glasses broken and 1 bus has malfunctioned parking brake.
"They are given warning letter and the action is conducted by the terminal or South Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department," he explained.
