42,358 Residents of E. Jakarta Processed E-ID Card Along September-October

From September 21-October 18, as many as ten of thousands people in East Jakarta have been recorded for E-ID Card.

There are 42,358 residents recorded their ID Card data within one month. We are optimistic to achieve our target, whereas there is additional service hold every Saturday in urban village office

Head of East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub Department (Dukcapil), Ahmad Fauzi acknowledged about 42,358 residents performed E-ID Card data recording through local urban village office, Night Integrated Service (PTMH) or mobile service every Saturday.

There are 42,358 residents recorded their ID Card data within one month. We are optimistic to achieve our target, whereas there is additional service hold every Saturday in urban village office,” he disclosed, Friday (10/23).

1,456,473 E-ID Cards in West Jakarta Been Printed

Nevertheless, there are still 278,421 residents who have not perform ID-Card data recording. Actually, there are several factors behind that such as residents activities, duty outside city or even lazy.

Fauzi believes in next December, the alll residents have recorded their data. As concerning there is extended working hour in urban village office to 6 PM on Monday-Thursday, while for Friday until 4.30 PM.

“We open service on Saturday from 8 AM-12 PM for free of charge. The extended working hour is in accordance with the instruction from Head of Population and Civil Department No.23/2015 on extended working hours of E-ID Card recording and printing service,” he finished.
