E-ID Card Recording in South Jakarta Complete in December

Recording of E-ID Card in South Jakarta is targeted to be complete by the end of December.

As many as 111,459 out of 1,393,857 people haven't done the recording and it's targeted to be complete in December

"As many as 111,459 out of 1,393,857 people haven't done the recording and it's targeted to be complete in December," said Head of South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Sapto Wibowo, Sunday (10/25).

He told to accelerate the recording process, the service hours is extended to be Monday-Friday at 8 AM-6 PM as for Saturday starts at 8 AM-12 PM.

42,358 Residents of E. Jakarta Processed E-ID Card Along September-October

"Those who haven't done the recording are probably because of busy to work outside the city and school but it's usually crowded ahead the end of year," he explained.

He added, South Jakarta is on third position of the most E-ID recording compared with 3 other areas, they are West Jakarta, East Jakarta and North Jakarta.

"South Jakarta is on third position after Seribu Islands and Central Jakarta," he disclosed.
