Saturday Service for E-ID Card Data Recording Went Effective

The extending service hours for E-ID Card recording in East Jakarta on Saturday was very effective. It is because residents have a day off and time to do the recording.

We will keep conducting and Mobile ID-Card service extent will also be expanded

 

Head of East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Ahmad Fauzi stated that Saturday Service is not only held in 65 urban village offices but also in East Jakarta Mayor Office, coinciding with tour destination event. Besides that, there is also Mobile ID-Card service conducted alternately in some urban villages.

"The recording is just conducted twice. As form letter, was just issued on October 15 ago. It turns out the applicants are so many then the service on this Saturday will be improved," he stated, Monday (10/26).

 

On the first, there were 944 residents served then on the second day held on last Saturday (10/24) increased to be 1,807 residents. Therefore, the number of residents served within the two times reached 2,751 residents.

 

In detail, of 1,807 residents each of them are from Matraman Sub-District (137 residents), Pulogadung Sub-District (103 residents), Jatinegara Sub-District (79 residents), Pasarebo Sub-District (107 residents), and Kramat Jati Sub-District (103 residents).

 

Then Cakung Sub-District (416 residents), Duren Sawit Sub-District (168 residents), Makasar Sub-District (169 residents), Ciracas Sub-District (154 residents), and Cipayung Sub-District (103 residents). As for through Mobile ID Card Service which is held in RW 08 of Penggilingan was 191 residents and on Mayor Office's yard during tour destination was 73 residents.

 

The Saturday Service itself is in accordance with form letter of Jakarta Population and Civil Population Department No.23/2015 about service hour’s extension of E-ID Card recording and printing in Jakarta. The letter was signed on October 15 ago and started to be applied on October 17 ago.

 

"We will keep conducting and Mobile ID-Card service extent will also be expanded," he disclosed.
