Work Report & Budget Absorption Become Official's Assesment Indicator

The performance of echelon-II official serving under Jakarta Provincial Government is tightened. If they do not achieve the target, they will be demoted.

Many echelon-II officials are complaining due to lower salary than their subordinate. And now I change the method, they don’t need to fill report and get full income

And now I change the method, they don’t need to fill report and get full income,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama, when he became a speaker of 2015 National Seminar in PTIK Building, South Jakarta, Tuesday (10/27).

Basuki to Evaluate Echelon II Official from Budget Absorption Performance

 

According to him, the assessment will be done through work report and budget absorption. Then demotion will become a stake if the official cannot achieve target.

 

“I’ll demote them if they cannot reach the target,” he expressed.

 

Ahok added, impossible for down grade official to be promoted again.

 

“Many officials are willing to change position status from echelon III becomes IV. That’s why, we have to retain them,” he finished.
