"Through this momentum we could inherit mutual trust spirit, and become agents of change," Said Seribu Islands Regent, Budi Utomo, when he gave a speech in the ceremony in Pramuka Island, Wednesday (10/28).

According to him, through the spirit, Seribu Islands could be more developed. Moreover, the residents also consist of various tribes.
"It's time for youth to raise developing Seribu Island through various positive things," he exclaimed.
He hopes youths of Seribu Island could be one of development pillars for the area. Thus, they would be avoided from negative stigma of youth nowadays. "Keep spirit and develop our area to be better," he expressed.
