Head of Seribu Islands Disaster Mitigation Agency , Muhammad Ali appealed the residents to be aware of blooming algae phenomenon.

Blooming algae is dense growth of plankton or tifoplankton in sea water that cause mass death of fish or sea biota. The death is because of contaminated with toxic from the plankton.
