Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, hoped the implementation of ASEAN Economic Society (MEA) in January 2016 will not burdensome the businessmen in Jakarta. In fact, MEA will open chance to promote the product abroad.

According to him, Jakarta must accelerate the infrastructure and several sector development to welcome MEA.
"We prepare the infrastructure and facility since Indonesia has huge number of population and natural resources. Jakarta is the central of economic for Indonesia," he said, Tuesday (11/3).
Pramuka Asked to Prepare Facing MEAThe infrastructure preparation are Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rail Transit (LRT), and commuter line. Better transportation will decrease the economic burden.
Jakarta Provincial Government together with Public Works and Public Housing Ministry also works on constructing housing for worker in several locations. The human resource is also advanced through several education and health programs.
