Land Acquisition For 6 Inner-city Toll Roads is Government's Responsible

"There has been opinion from Kajati that saying land procurement must be from us. So, we and Ministry of Housing and Public Works would do land acquisition," he told, at City Hall, Thursday (11/5).
He added that, both have task to acquire the land. In details, the city administration will conduct it along artery road and toll road by ministry.
"If the land acquisition is conducted by us, we want toll road rates to be cheaper per kilometer," he disclosed.
Previously, PT Jakarta Toll Road Development (JTD) as a developer has not been able to build an early stage. Because there are differences in perception regarding land acquisition. With such decision, the construction of the first phase route Sema nan-Sunter and Sunter-Pulogebang could soon be done.
The six inner-city toll roads project as long as 69.77 kilometers are divided into four stages. First is Semanan-Sunter (20.23 kilometers long) worth Rp 9.76 trillion and Sunter-Pulogebang (9.44 kilometers long) worth Rp 7.37 trillion.
Second, Duri Pulo-Kampung Melayu (12.65 kilometers long) worth Rp 5.96 trillion and Kemayoran-Kampung Melayu (9.60 kilometers long) worth Rp 6.95 trillion.
Third, Ulujami-Tanah Abang (8.70 kilometers long) worth Rp 4.25 trillion, and last is from Pasar Minggu-Casablanca (9.15 kilometers long) worth Rp 5,71 trillion. Totally, the toll road's long is 69.77 kilometers.
