Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat stated that city arrangement should be adjusted with designation of the determined spatial area.

" It should be consistent, if it's green land, don't change it to be settlement. And if it's for trading, don't make it as residence ," he stated after Bulan Mutu Nasional Indonesia Quality Expo 2015 event in JCC, Central Jakarta, Monday (11/9).

According to him, Jakarta is currently a city which has the most number of malls in the world. Thus impact on land subsidence 10-20 cm every year.

"Don't make mistake anymore. Social and environment carrying capacity should be considered before constructing," he asserted.
