Tens of officers of South Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department are standby in anticipating puddle during rainy season. They will monitor gutters and water channels which are prone to overflow.

Every sub-district has 3 and sub-department has 10 officers

Head of South Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department, Deddy Budiwidodo acknowledged there are three officers on standby in each sub-districts. “Every sub-district has 3 and sub-department has 10 officers. Totally, we have 43 officers,” he said, Monday (11/9).

Apart from that, he continued that his side also prepares 5 portable pumps in residential areas or several roads.
