Headmen Asked to Be Active in Anticipation of Malnutrition Case

To anticipate malnutrition case in future, Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama asserted that every headman should be active in each region.

“You (headmen) must be head of household to anticipate malnutrition case,” he stated, after he inaugurated a new building of Koja General Hospital, North Jakarta, Tuesday (11/10).

He continued besides them, similar role should also be planted by local RT chairmen.

Ahok cited that when he was a little, he was often watching RT's public service ads 'door to door' on the television.

“I want the ad can be broadcast again. In which the mothers acted as RT chairwomen visiting citizen from door to door. I want it in Jakarta,” he stressed.

He asserted, if the lazy RT’s chairmen/women are found, he will dismiss them. “Residents now feeling so easy to meet me and cast their aspirations to me. So, they must also be able to follow up it, or dismissed,” he finished.
