Due to insufficient auction time and error account code, the Seribu Islands’ Regional Budget amounted to Rp 15 billion has not been absorbed yet.

Of Rp 142,778 billion, it is only used about Rp 41,197 billion for direct and indirect expenses and Rp 47.8 billion for employees' expenses

Seribu Islands' Governance Assistant, Eko Suroyo stated that besides those two things, the unabsorbed budget is also because of duplication programs in each Regional Working Unit (UKPD).

" Of Rp 142,778 billion, it is only used about Rp 41,197 billion for direct and indirect expenses and Rp 47.8 billion for employees' expenses ," he explained, Wednesday (11/11).

He added, many errors and double programs in UKPD are because of no priority scale in the program and auction proposals.

"On e-budgeting system the whole components are very detail, there shouldn't be any account code error or overlapping programs conducted by other UKPDs," he asserted.
