Relaying on Beritajakarta.com's data, a number of pump keepers seen standby to monitor water volume. This is because water level at Kampung Apung Sluice Gate has touched 50 cm.

“ There are three reasons that we are aware of. First, floodwater from Bogor, local rain and tidal wave from the sea ,” said Suardi, a Keeper of Kampung Apung Sluice Gate, Monday (11/16).

According to Suardi, one of efforts is his side only pumping the pump continuously. Unfortunately, one out of five pumps is damaged.

“The damaged pump is being repaired by Water Management now. It makes me worry, where water could rise anytime,” he told.
