Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama uses E-Natura system to provide aid for disaster victim. By doing so, the aid will be no longer given with a form of cash instead of goods. The goal is to minimize aid misuse potential.

The program is a collaboration of Social Department and Bank BRI. Hence, Government can monitor fund use through E-Natura that has been launched by Social Department couple times ago.
2016, Disaster Victims Will Receive E-Natura“I can exactly detect the funding flow. So, this year we’re gonna apply E-Natura Card to distribute equitable aid,” he expressed.
The card is only disbursed in the form of goods aid, but not cash. Because it is Non-Cash Card (NCC). By the expectation the aid given could be right on target.
