Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Department is constructing yard as well as inscription of Tragedi Mei 98 (May 98 Tragedy) at Pondok Rangon Public Cemetery, Cipayung, East Jakarta.

"We're constructing a yard for recalling the incident of Mei 98," said Head of Jakarta Parks and Cemeteries Department, Ratna Diah Kurniati, Tuesday (11/17).

According to her, the yard will also be built with inscription containing of victim names of the tragedy. "The construction was started since early November and now it has reached 50 percent," she stated.
She uttered that the yard has 125 square-meter land with green color. It is targeted to be done in December.
