Welcoming Independence Day, TPU Tanah Kusir Needs Decoration

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat requested related agency to decorate Tanah Kusir Public Cemetery (TPU) with flags and banners in welcoming Independence Day.

"I want the Indonesian flags and banners are attached here to make it look more festive," told Djarot while attending Bung Hatta Birthday Commemoration in TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, Wednesday (8/12).

Responded to the request, Kebayoran Lama Sub-District Head, Munjirin said, will coordinate immediately with South Jakarta Park and Cemetery Sub-Department. "I will coordinate with sub-department and report it to vice mayor. I hoped the flags and banner can be attached at least on Friday," he uttered.

As information, TPU Tanah Kusir is located on Jalan Bintaro Raya, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. Not only ordinary citizens who are buried in this place but also some national figure such as Indonesian Proclaimers Mohammad Hatta and Jakarta Former Governor, Ali Sadikin.
